  We are under a service contract to come twice a week. They come for less than 15 mins, if you even see them, and leave with no records that they were there. After calling on Thursday morning with excess mulch, leaves, and debris we were informed they would be out on that day or the following. They never showed up and after a second call the service man showed up at 1pm on Saturday. He became very argumentative with excuses that he was never told there was a call and they were busy. We were only asking for better communication if can't make it on the todays they promised service. He stormed off without doing any cleaning or checking the pumps/water. The owner Tom is supposed call Monday and will update this review, however after today I would avoid this company even if they promise twice a week service at a lower cost than most. In a service business the customer is always right and that is obviously not the case with them.
